They were very friendly and helpful. I had some pricing questions, and they were quick to respond by phone and email. I had found a cheaper price, and they were willing to meet that or be understanding of my purchasing elsewhere. I ended up purchasing from them, not just for price, but I felt I was getting the customer service that is lacking in so many businesses.

I was skeptical about ordering from nurzery.com because I could only find like 6 reviews. But I am very happy with my daughters safety first 3 in 1 grow and go carseat!!! Their customer service is outstanding I had some questions about shipping that I emailed to them late one night and they replied back the next day before lunch!! Prices are great and I would highly recommend that you buy from them!!!
